We believe that you should not have to wait to see how much the system costs. 
  •       Pricing is based on Active Students  and is invoiced monthly .    (currently enrolled  - any students on LOA)
  • The following tier pricing is based on student population less than 100 students.    The pricing  decreases if there   are  more active students. 
  • We will match any pricing you are currently paying*  - we do not believe  the system should put     you out of business.         (*of course there are caveats -  contact us and we can work out the details)

What are the minimum requirements for your contracts?
Contracts are on an monthly basis with a minimum user count of 15 active students.     All   plans include access to our customer success team, implementation, onboarding planning, and product training.

Do you have a minimum annual contract value?

Yes, if you are considering Prestige for your organization, our minimum monthly contract is $200 USD. 

Will my data be private and safe?

Yes, our enterprise-class security features and comprehensive audits of our applications, systems, and networks ensure customer and business data is always protected.

Implementation;
We believe in the concept of making implementations as easy as possible for our clients.     Since we are a  school and we use the  software everyday, we share our best practices for system configuration  from the very beginning.    Instead of being a vendor that says " it can do that"  we say -- this is HOW we use the system to solve the problem.  The base platform at implementation contains all of our best practices  - including templates,  program setttings,  CIP codes, etc.      You provide us the customization - logo files, your programs base on your  schools E-car (if financial aid) or from your catalog. 

  We utilize easy to manage data templates that has allowed most of our customers the ability to export from their current system student information and data - for as far back as they wish.    Customers simply populate the implementation tables with the fields, field names and details.    Items we can  import include:  Student rosters, alumni records, attendance records, grades, ledgers, staff records,  Inventory, POS products, supplies,  and client history.

Implementation is based on the number of sites the school currently has and can vary depending on the complexity of the  installation (to be determined during the sales process).   
Initial Implementation, Data Migration and Online Training Charge: $5,000.0- $10,000.00  per site.    Includes: 
  •  Data migration and the process to set up your unique Prestige Environment. 
  • Initial remote, computer based    training - up to three sessions a week for 2-3 weeks for standard implementation
Onsite Support:
Onsite training and consultative   assistance.   We feel this is probably the most valuable  feature we offer.  We share with the school best practices  collected from the entire customer base.     We also gain a greater understanding of your organization, the people, the environment, and how your school operates.  This enhance level of understanding has resulted in a higher level of  customer service post installation. 
  • Typical small installs are 1 or 2 days onsite .  Larger installations may require more time onsite.  
  • Onsite Technical Support and Service Per Day:  $1,200.00
